Inbox Monster today announced that it has joined the Braze Alloys program as an official creative rendering and deliverability monitoring partner. By joining Braze Alloys, Inbox Monster becomes part of a curated ecosystem of best-in-breed technology partners to help integrate, customize, and amplify customer engagement capabilities.

The Braze Alloys program showcases the fully integrable nature of the Braze customer engagement platform, creating a simple, scalable system for making it easier for Inbox Monster customers to use Braze in concert with an ever-wider range of technologies to support meaningful brand experiences.

Inbox Monster is an inbox signals platform that empowers modern CRM teams with insights on creative rendering and deliverability. Braze customers can now pull in their creative templates seamlessly to the Inbox Monster tool for pre-send collaboration, creative previews and other essential diagnostics, like link validation and accessibility checks. They can also automate seed testing to see where their emails are landing, flawlessly troubleshooting any inboxing issues. This helps Braze customers land more sends, keep their brand and reputation strong and, ultimately, engage with more customers.

“We’re thrilled to join this group of best-in-class technology providers in the Braze Alloys program,” said Matt McFee, Managing Director at Inbox Monster. “Many of Inbox Monster’s customers use Braze’s customer engagement platform, and joining Alloys will allow us to deliver an integrated and powerful experience for the teams we mutually serve.”

Braze is the leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging.™  Braze strongly believes in the power of partners and ecosystems, and understands that in order to effectively connect with customers today, a fully integrable customer engagement platform is critical. The Braze Alloys Partner Program was launched in 2018 in an effort to help customers augment and deploy relevant, memorable experiences built on the Braze customer engagement platform. The program has since grown to include 200+ technology partners, enabling brands to carry out real-time customer experiences with a faster time-to-delivery, as well as 1,600+ solutions partners to help customers conceptualize creative campaigns and integrate the Braze platform.
