It’s almost springtime, and with the weather finally warming up, monsters are on the move. You know what that means—it’s conference season.
Now’s a great time to connect with peers and get inspired for the months to come. Whether you’re on the hunt for your next big campaign idea or prioritizing your professional development, the right event can make all the difference.
While you’re saving the dates, you can follow Monstie on Instagram to see where he’ll pop up next. Will it be on a bike path in Chicago or by a pool in sunny Florida? You’ll have to find out.

1. Email Insider Summit
April 12-15, 2026, in Key Largo, FL
Hosted by MediaPost, this spring’s Email Insider Summit is an intimate gathering that’s focused on getting quality time with industry experts.
This year, the event explores “technology, trust and finding the true value of the inbox,” with content covering how to elevate the email and CRM experience. We’re particularly interested in the roundtables on everything from tracking all the recent email changes to what’s working (and what’s not) with AI.
If you want to make meaningful connections during fun excursions, Email Insider Summit is where it’s at. Afternoon activities on the agenda include golfing, kayaking, pickleball and a boat cruise. We can’t wait!
2. Adobe Summit

4. Iterable’s Activate Summit
April 21-23, 2026, in Los Angeles, CA
I may be biased as one of Iterable’s early marketers who helped build Activate Summit, but I always have a wonderful time at Activate events. This year’s summit is the first in SoCal, with marketing leaders from household names, like Shake Shack, Washington Post, Angi, Survey Monkey and more.
Activate Summit is great for networking, with a women’s empowerment lunch and roundtables focused on specific industries, such as consumer apps. Inbox Monster will also be giving a special Lightning Talk on how to cut your email QA time in half.
Early bird pricing continues until March 20. We hope to see you there!
5. Inbox Expo

Inbox Expo is back in Atlanta this year, with three days of sessions and collaborative opportunities. Many email legends will be in attendance, including Anne Tomlin, founder of Emails Y’all; Kath Pay, cofounder of Holistic Email Academy; and Alicia Mintz, owner and CEO of Hemlock Creatives.
Hosted by Email Industries, Inbox Expo has a diverse agenda for email practitioners, from sessions on interactive email and deliverability to an ISP panel and speed networking workshop. According to the stats, last year’s conference drew in 265+ attendees with “1 hell of a good time.” We’re looking forward to it.
Early bird tickets are available until March 20.
